The International Congress on Cognitive Health is conceived as an interdisciplinary and inclusive forum for advancing knowledge, practice and innovation in cognitive health.
Co-organized by the Faculty of Languages and Education of Universidad Nebrija, Madrid, Spain, and the Faculty of Human and Educational Sciences of Corporación Universitaria Empresarial Alexander von Humboldt, Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, the congress emerges from the International Chair in Cognitive Health and aims to strengthen scientific and institutional collaboration between Europe, Latin America and the wider international community.
The congress will be held in a hybrid format, with in-person sessions in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, and online participation for selected formats.
Our mission is to promote cognitive health as a core dimension of human development, wellbeing, education, clinical care and social participation.
The congress seeks to connect rigorous scientific research with applied solutions, public engagement, digital innovation and institutional collaboration.

Cognitive health refers to the dynamic capacity of individuals and communities to develop, maintain, use, protect and recover the cognitive functions that support learning, communication, memory, reasoning, decision-making, self-regulation, adaptation and meaningful participation in social, educational, professional and cultural life across the lifespan.
The congress welcomes theoretical, empirical, methodological, clinical, educational, technological and policy-oriented contributions related to cognitive health.
Development, maintenance and change from childhood to ageing.
Validity, reliability, digital assessment, screening and longitudinal monitoring.
Clinical practice, rehabilitation, neurological disease, neurodevelopment and mental health.
Learning, language, literacy, attention, executive functions and inclusive education.

We invite researchers, clinicians, educators, professionals, students, policy makers and industry representatives to submit abstracts for oral presentations and posters addressing theoretical, empirical, methodological, clinical, educational, technological or policy-oriented aspects of cognitive health.
The congress will include a book of abstracts and proceedings. Selected contributions may also be invited to submit full articles to a special issue or special volume of an international journal.
Acceptance for presentation at the congress does not imply automatic acceptance for publication. Full articles will be subject to the editorial policies, peer-review procedures and quality standards of the corresponding publication venue.
The congress will have a paid registration model designed to support scientific dissemination, hybrid delivery, certificates, proceedings and organizational costs.

The official language of the congress will be English. Contributions in Spanish will also be accepted in selected tracks and sessions.
The in-person venue will be the Centro de Convenciones in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia. Universidad Nebrija, Madrid, Spain, participates as an international co-organizing institution through the International Chair in Cognitive Health.
The congress will be supported by an Organizing Committee responsible for institutional coordination, logistics, communication, sponsorship, hybrid delivery and publications, and by an international Scientific Committee responsible for academic quality, peer review, thematic tracks and scientific standards.
The congress is promoted through collaboration between academic, institutional and strategic partners committed to the advancement of cognitive health.
Sponsors and institutional partners support the visibility, sustainability and dissemination of the congress. Scientific decisions, including the acceptance or rejection of submissions, will remain independent and under the responsibility of the Scientific Committee. Potential conflicts of interest will be handled transparently.
